I was unfairly denied entry to Rawdah today for my 09:20 AM Nusuk appointment. When scanned in line, the device falsely claimed "already used." I never entered before and showed my active screen with today's date and the exact 09:20 AM slot, but the security guards did not understand English and refused to check. A technical glitch and complete language barrier ruined this blessed opportunity. Please fix these scanner errors and deploy English-speaking staff to assist international pilgrims
