WHAT THEY ASK FOR

  • I've tried a number of workout apps and whilst there are a couple of things I'd like to see, it's darn good, and a feature request forum is great, support is great. 4★, Aug 9, 2026
  • Solid app, but some feedback: Add more split choices. 3★, Jul 22, 2026

Honestly the best fitness app I've used. recommended to afew friends and they love it as well. Holds you accountable and makes training and tracking lifts enjoyable

★★★★★Oct 21, 2026

I am always hesitant to purchase subscriptions. However, I was at a plateau in my WoDs and getting bored. I had a notebook keeping track of progressing weight and I reached a point I was curious about the convenience this app advertised. I gave it a shot for the free trial, got hooked, and now it's just a part of my life now. Most consistent relationship I've been in.

Store description

Gravl is an AI personal trainer for strength training. It builds your plan, coaches you through every set, and tells you exactly how much weight to lift next time. AUTOMATIC PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Gravl estimates your one-rep max from your logged history and prescribes the next session from it. Reps climb set by set; when the ladder fills, the weight steps up, snapped to the plates or stack you actually have. Rate a set Easy or Hard and the next prescription adjusts. TRAIN ON YOUR WRIST, WITHOUT YOUR PHONE A standalone Wear OS app. Log sets and reps, run rest timers, and finish a whole session from the watch. Syncs with Health Connect, Garmin and Strava. Glance at your Strength Score and weekly progress — recovery, workouts, and streak — right from Wear OS Tiles. STRENGTH SCORE See how your lifts compare against standards for your body weight and sex, tracked over time across every muscle group. BUILT AROUND YOUR GYM, NOT A GENERIC TEMPLATE Gravl accounts for the equipment you own, which muscles are still recovering, what you trained last session, and which lifts you've neglected. 300+ trainer-led exercise videos, downloadable for offline use.
