★★★★★ shipping is absurdly expensive.
★★★★★ I love paying money only for the app to not work consistently for a month, unistalled, updated, and cache cleared and yet they cant seem to have a functional app anymore.
★★★★★ Emojis introduced behind an extra monthly subscription 👏👏👏 Anti-consumer as always.

★★★★★ Every time I tried to sign in, he keeps giving me new codes and I can't get to use the app it's not very useful.
★★★★★ The reason why I just gave it 1 star is because it's so hard for me to join or sign in as a new user, like it's so complicated especially the first thing when you join or sign in :<<<
★★★★★ I can't get pass the sign up procedure because i can't use my phone number to verify my account since I live in Guadeloupe.

I use this app for both all of ATEEZ and all of P1Harmony. It's really a good way to learn Korean, in addition to getting really fun updates from all the artists. It's like a virtual fan meeting a lot of times because they have really funny answers to fan questions and comments. No delulu here... just a nice way to hear from my faves! The only downside is that it is expensive to follow my 14 idols on Fromm. Minus 1 star for the app freezing up sometimes.
I think the new update has bugs. it keeps on loading for too long. even after I've reinstalled the app. please fix it. and I wish we can send more than 3 messages.
thank you for having Xiumin, Chen, and Baekhyun here 😍💖
Fr. The most frustrating app ever existed. It does not allow you to update nor change your card when failed payment occurs. The payment method was such a hassle. The instructions were unclear. The navbars are useless. You can't do basically anything. You can't change your currency when membership is ongoing. Worst app I have ever used.
