cant refund first transaction. I put a test transaction through for £1 , they took their fee right away so I had 98p in my balance. I tried refunding that £1 but wasn't allowed as I didn't have the balance to cover it. I had to put another £1 through in order to have enough balance to refund the original £1. Jokers! re: their reply. uninstalling then, will use someone else . adjusting to 1 star
