DECA is completely ripping its players off. DECA support is beyond trash. they dont have any idea what they are doing. they are unqualified to call themselves a support team. player gives them all the info needed! then submits a ticket. then the imbeciles ask you for the same info that was already sent to begin with. are they brain dead? did they never make it past 4th grade or what. at this point its ridiculous how bad they are. fire them and get a real support team. too many nerfs happening.

just another money grabbing company, they are constantly messing up seasons and events, it's super glitchy at times. deca don't look into complaints and nearly always divert blame back to the players. it's a poor excuse of entertainment. in my opinion, it is not fit for purpose.

You've had this game for, what, 7 years now? You've not done a single thing with it. No real updates, no advertising, not a single new world, nothing. You are the most untalented "devs" I could possibly imagine. You could give this game to a group of 15 year olds with no coding experience and they could do better than you. I first had this game way back when it was The Hobbit. it was my go to mobile game and I played it everyday, even made international friends. After the copyright was lost the game went down hill and I removed it. This all happened years ago and today I downloaded it again, just to see. It was immediately apparent why I left this game behind. I couldn't train troops or sign into my old account. Truly a shame.
