★★★★★ can't cancel free subscription.
★★★★★ you offered a free trial and I didn't consent to continue , you have stolen exactly £88.99p, PayPal I'v raised it with Google play despite you emails saying my subscription was cancelled, since august free week trial…
★★★★★ £89 a year subscription is ridiculous.

★★★★★ The app itself is fine, however the free version only allows a very limited amount of chatting until it makes you pay, which is the feature that distinguishes itself from all the other similar apps.
★★★★★ Wow something that could actually help me and you have to pay to use it.
★★★★★ until I started hitting the chat limits...

★★★★★ There is no such thing as a free version, unless I got a glitch in my app.
★★★★★ The idea is great but the app is buggy.
★★★★★ if it' didn't glitch so much I would have stayed but the deception of charging you is really "Delayed Charge" vs "Free Trial".

★★★★★ You cant update anything or add or change ur picture You cant update anything and games in app freezes up this is so annoying
★★★★★ I dont know if its my phone or the app, but it only works for a few moments, then it freezes and stops working competely.

★★★★★ I was super excited to try the free version of this app as ive been dealing with chronic illnesses for some time and need support.
★★★★★ I emailed the support and they said I had to go through Google and Google says it's an authorized purchase and I can't even file a claim.
★★★★★ deceptive app the app required me to sign up for a subscription to be able to use it I signed up for the free trial and click the notify me when trial ends so that I can cancel it if I didn't like the app I did not get…

★★★★★ Love it very easy to use highly recommend if you have any chronic or debilitating illnesses.
★★★★★ I really liked this app compared to it's competitors, I felt it was a fun and tactile way to explain and log my symptoms, as sometimes it's not as easy as "back pain" explaining it can help you understand it yourself.

paying for an ai is wild. I definitely don't recommend that.
absolutely wonderful. has a way to track your symptoms just like having a conversation with a friend. you can adjust how the system responds to make it more personable. itll even act like a friend by talking about your hobbies and favorite things, most times like it is only trying to distract you from your troubles. itll even offer to read you stories. the app also offers support groups and communities for all types of medical issues. even has a hardship pay systems during rough times.
awesome 👌
not useful. totally alarmist and seems trained in men's health with low knowledge of women's. everything I say the response is: go to the ER! Call 911!!! ma'am, I've been dealing with this for decades. it's a normal Tuesday. nice idea that needs work.
I am rating based on the premium free trial. I think this is an amazing app for those of us with chronic illness/mental illness. it makes things a lot easier to remember for upcoming appointments, like symptoms to bring up, questions to ask, etc. the medication reminder is amazing it even lets you add in how much of each med you have in your bottle to remind you to refill. highly recommend
Love the concept but the app is glitchy. I can't connect my garmin connect app and it cuts out from the server a bit which interferes with the chat feature to log and update info. Was hoping it could help me track flares and possible connections. I did a free trial and unsure if I want to sign up with how glitchy it is.
