Edit: I stopped playing for 4 years, somehow my account was hacked (even thought I had bank pin and 2fa), they deleted my account and said "you were botting therefore your account was deleted. I play games for 22 years now and RuneScape is the only game I was hacked (and 3 times too). I am starting to believe it's an inside job, especially after all the crazy scandals happening in the game that jagex pretends not to see (RWT, wilderness emblem bot farming, the list goes on).
