My account was suddenly deleted without warning or explanation. I hadn't requested this and, to my knowledge, hadn't violated any rules. When I contacted Seeking, they claimed I'd breached their Terms of Use but refused to identify which term or provide any evidence. Their response? "This decision is final" and they're "unable to reinstate the account or respond to further inquiries." No explanation, no appeal, no accountability. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and treatment of users.
It's an easy sign up process, but do not waste your time. It didn't take long for me to receive a match and a message. Unsurprisingly, you need a subscription to even know what the message says. The one month platinum option is $150 for one month, they're out of their minds!!!
