absolutely appalling customer support. I had one account banned because the in app "Sign in with Gmail" feature didnt work and flagged it as too many attempts. second account, immediately after completing the non-refundable ID verification process my account was suspended. Worst customer support I've ever seen. Don't bother downloading this garbage. Even if they fix my issue(s) im not changing my review.

My account was suddenly deleted without warning or explanation. I hadn't requested this and, to my knowledge, hadn't violated any rules. When I contacted Seeking, they claimed I'd breached their Terms of Use but refused to identify which term or provide any evidence. Their response? "This decision is final" and they're "unable to reinstate the account or respond to further inquiries." No explanation, no appeal, no accountability. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and treatment of users.
