Slow, laggy, battery16%

34 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Because of that the weight adjustment on the cst is usually lagging so it adjusts on me in the middle of a set.
★★★★★ So I've upped this by one because really it's the tablet that's the issue; but as the app is hard locked to a single slow, inadequate tablet running an insecure, unsupported, 7 year old android version I cannot…
★★★★★ App is terrible, to many loading issues.
Price and subscription13%

29 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I was pressured by the company iFit to renew my subscription even though I complained about the app malfunctioning with my fusion CST.
★★★★★ CST owners are out of luck as this old app becomes rapidly unusable, and with it, their expensive CST machine.
★★★★★ Mediocre; for the price I continue to pay and the lack of support on what workout videos actually play and having to clear the cache every few weeks.
Worse after an update12%

26 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Ifit have a lot to answer for: sell someone a piece of equipment for 2500 pounds then don't even bother to update the software for over 4 years and counting as of this review.
★★★★★ Has not received updated in years.
★★★★★ Update to their response: I try to update the device software everytime I have issues and it always says I'm up to date.

★★★★★ Managed to get it working once on dedicated tablet provided by NordicTrack but never worked since and little to no response from support in over 18 months.

★★★★★Aug 19, 2026

John Peele is a beast! Only issue is many of the workouts are 'unable to load' example is Casey Gilbert elite series. Also the iPortal 10 is outdated and slow and locks up. Need to update to newer tablet or allow use of other tablets.
