I purchased your doorbell camera a couple months ago and had nothing but problems with it. First, I received it and noticed there was no mounting plate included. I could not install it. Second, I tried several times to contact you with no answer over 2 to 4 months! I had to buy a substitute mounting unit which I had to modify to attach to my house. then I tried to contact you regarding your subscription pricing. Is the price for each phone we have your website on? Please reply ASAP! thanks.
