Stop swiping. Start connecting. HubbaBaba is the no-swiping Asian dating app for meeting East Asian men. Browse at your own pace, make eye contact, ask a question that actually starts something, and plan a first date at a spot we've picked out near you. WHO HUBBABABA IS FOR HubbaBaba is built around East Asian men — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese — but who's looking for them is wide open. If you're an Asian woman who wants an Asian partner, you're in the right place. If you're exploring AMWF, AMBW, AMAF or AMLF connections — interracial dating with East Asian men — you're in the right place too. Same app, same standards, same goal: meeting someone worth meeting. Many of the men here are the ones who quietly opted out of mainstream dating apps — thoughtful, established, and not interested in performing for an algorithm. HubbaBaba is built so they show up, and so you can actually find them. NO SWIPING Beat swipe fatigue. There's no endless gamified deck, no dopamine loop, no evening lost to your thumb. Take your time, read a profile properly, and reach out when someone genuinely interests you. Love deserves more than a two-second swipe. MAKE EYE CONTACT See who's looking back. Eye contact is a quiet, low-pressure way to signal interest before anyone has to write a first message — the digital equivalent of a look across the room. FILTERS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER Go beyond age and distance. Filter by height, languages spoken, income range, zodiac, horoscope and blood type — including the compatibility signals that matter in East Asian dating culture and that Western dating apps have never bothered to build. BREAK THE ICE Skip "hey." Send a question designed to get a real answer, and start a conversation that goes somewhere. CURATED LOCAL DATE SPOTS The first date is everything. HubbaBaba surfaces nearby cafes, restaurants and hidden gems with the right atmosphere, so going from chat to a real table takes minutes to plan instead of weeks of "we should meet up sometime." MATCHMAKER MODE Know someone great who's given up on dating apps? Play cupid. Matchmaker mode is a setting on your own profile. Set up your account, verify it with a selfie, then switch Matchmaker mode on so a trusted family member or friend can help you browse, break the ice and find someone worth meeting — the way matchmaking has worked for centuries, now on your phone. It stays honest on both sides. While Matchmaker mode is on, anyone in conversation with your profile can see they may be talking with your matchmaker rather than you. Switch it off in settings whenever you're ready to take over. VERIFIED, MODERATED, REAL Every account goes through selfie verification. Our moderation team reviews reports and works to keep bots, scammers and catfish accounts off the app, so the person you're talking to is the person who shows up. Block or report anyone in two taps. PREMIUM HubbaBaba is free to download and use. Premium unlocks: - Unlock Viewer — see everyone who's visited your profile, and message them first - Unlimited Questions — no daily cap on conversation starters - Unlimited Profile Views — browse without restrictions Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions. 18+ AND IN YOUR CONTROL HubbaBaba is for adults aged 18 and over. You can edit your profile or permanently delete your account and data at any time from inside the app. Whether you're looking for Asian singles nearby or a serious relationship with an East Asian man, HubbaBaba is built for meeting people properly — slowly, honestly, and in person.
