HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (1.8 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • And if you do multiplayer, your friends would also need all the DLC you want to play with! 3★, Mar 21, 2024
  • Seems pretty dishonest to add a game to play pass and then hide a pretty significant chunk of content behind a $17.99 separate purchase that's essentially the exact same game, but with that extra content. 1★, Feb 2, 2024
  • Only complaint is that (as far as I can tell) I need to have my data on/be on wifi for the Season pass assets to fully load. 4★, Apr 21, 2022
  • A few minor tweaks to the controls would be nice, particularly fixing the somewhat random limit on how far you can backtrack to fix mistakes, and maybe the ability to fast forward through long strings of zero-damage… 5★, Apr 17, 2021
  • I wish the expansions were cheaper, but I understand why they aren't. 5★, Dec 21, 2020
  • I wish the heroes felt more like strong comic book heroes with epic powers. 2★, Jul 18, 2020
  • Game has potential but it looks dull...so maybe by improving the quality it would be great. 2★, Jun 16, 2020
  • I wish there were more games like this and One Deck Dungeon. 5★, Dec 16, 2019

★★★★★ Fun game, but expect to buy additional content to get the full game experience if you like the playstyle and concepts.
★★★★★ Lots of fun, complex but not too much so, and replayability is INCREDIBLY HIGH with the two expansions.

★★★★★ It's worth it at either price point.

★★★★★Sep 5, 2026

This is great, but it feels like it's missing such an obvious 'Training Arena' where I can choose my hand and practice the various combos, and a way to skip to the start of my turn. The villains take a long time and I can't see my cards until they gotten at least partway into it, and it sucks when I'm using someone for the first time and have to wait for the set-up, only to screw up on the card I should've picked.

★★★★★Apr 29, 2026

I bought sentinels of Earth prime to get the extra characters on this so that I could do the weekly games. I've had it for about a week and a half to two weeks and I still can't download the sentinels of Earth prime characters and have lost the ability to do two of the weekly challenges. Will get five stars if y'all can fix this.

★★★★★Mar 14, 2026

Fun app. Fun game. If you like the physical, will probably like the electronic.

★★★★★Mar 3, 2026

I bought the DLC season 1 and 2 and earth prime with its DLC and it's not working it will not let me download the full game what I paid for

★★★★★Feb 16, 2026

I started with the physical card game, and I’ve enjoyed it with my friends on the computer and on my phone. The main complaint I have is that dlc doesn't work if you are traveling offline. The dlc works offline if you start the app with with an internet connection. After 24 hours of not being connected to the internet, only the Earth Prime and base game are available for offline play.

★★★★★Dec 20, 2025

I wanted to like it but it feels like if you aren't playing a certain way you will lose. Like putting a strategy into what villian and environment and what heros to use. Like some of them have either really weak abilities (heal for 2 hp really?!) or abilities that can be strong but also can end up killing you. Since some deal damage to your heroes and the enemies. One game one of my heroes dealt more damage to their team then the actual enemy. Plus zero story outside of the tutorial.
