★★★★★ now, unfortunately, like every other app on here, everything costs ridiculous amounts of money on a pay-to-win basis designed to milk it's loyal customers dry.
★★★★★ it definitely feels more like a money grab app these days.
★★★★★ Exposure is no longer driven by quality or competition, but by paid mechanics like keys and swaps, which are overpriced.

★★★★★ so I lose my account and access to all my photos..
★★★★★ it appears that all things under Google dictatorship have lost their charm for this reason and I imagine this sort of practice costs the company more customers than it gains.
★★★★★ deleted a picture no explanation it wasn't AI or edited in any way

★★★★★ Completely fake and flooded with fake accounts or AI posting photos off Google.
★★★★★ If you you want to see your well lit scene, posed and crafted with intention lose to a blurry or over saturated picture of a flower because someone was on the right team or spent for a boost...
★★★★★ A blurry and low res phone photo of a cat on the kitchen floor can win against a beautiful and professional photo of a landscape, in a landscape challenge.

★★★★★ I used to like this app to get inspiration for my photos and just spread some likes to people but recently it has just become a p2w site where you need to pay money to enter.

It's a fun app. The issue for me is that the Duels mechanic is very broken. For one, sometimes your opponent begins the match with 20-30 votes instead of starting at 0. Also, the themes don't really seem to matter at all, and there's no way to challenge an outcome. For example, the theme may be "buildings by the water," and while you use a photo that matches the prompt, your opponent uses a photo of a telephone pole in downtown Cincinatti and wins by a large margin.
Need black theme , then play at night
Completely Unusable App, Can't Even Sign Up Terrible experience. I've tried multiple times to register, but every time I tap "Play", the app gets stuck on an endless loading screen and never lets me proceed. I've tried everything: clearing the cache, force-stopping the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, but nothing works. It's ridiculous that an app can't even get past the registration process. I hope the developers fix this issue as soon as possible.
won't even load to open
They have removed the facebook and instagram icons the login and doing so has basically locked me out of my account. but let's just focus on the account itself after almost a decade with guru photos/gurushots called before, I am stuck master level for a long time with no progression because sometimes it doesn't even count my wins and number o challenges I won, it stays zero. Also it's pretty much pay to win, they will continue to deny it! This app just is not as fun as it used to be!
Other people (probably bots) just use stock photos, also in-app ai slop ads for a starter pack.
