in Copenhagen really bad experience twice! After booking at a specific time and paying, the driver wrote to say he was 10 minutes late. App is so bad it crashes so I could not cancel the trip. The drivers have to follow exactly the route the app tells them to and result took a long detour getting to destination 15 minutes late. Very bad app and system so dont take them if you are in a hurry

The cars are in good condition but hidden charges are automatically applied, even though no toll or waiting time is applied. Even though the car is about 900m - 1km away, the app shows the ride has arrived. It happened to me and my friends several times. Customer care requires you to send several emails with no response from the other side. I would not recommend this service.
