Im audhd with pathological demand avoidance. I thought to myself there is no way this could effect my behavior. I have a hard time taking care of myself because everything to do with it sends me into bouts of anxiety, and it just doesnt get done. Today I brushed and rinsed my teeth with the body doubling video, and I'm kinda still reeling. It wasnt a demand. It wasn't anxiety inducing. Wow. Doing it alongside the video made it seem like I was supported. What magic is this?
sooooo helpful. love it!
it helps me but id like to be able to use my subscription across my multiple devices (android and iphone) but have been told id need a separate subscription for each. thats a bit exploitative.
I love this app! helps me keep my house clean and gives me the motivation to want to do it! And I love the community they have built as it makes it seem so much better.
Dubbii live sessions have become a new, and much easier way of life. The hosts are amazing, the prerecorded task-specific videos work spectacularly for me and the community is incredibly supportive. The only tech issues in two months of regular use: * Once or twice I was unable to log into live session. * A few times the task-specific vídeos don't load properly. **These could have been my fault as my phone runs out of storage often and I don't get along well with technology.
So affirming and really helps with life!
