Clients can reschedule or cancel under your rules, and confirmed bookings join the same calendar as appointments you add yourself. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS Set up email and WhatsApp appointment reminders with your clients' permission. Manage reminder preferences from each client's profile and choose settings for appointments and online bookings. WhatsApp requires an eligible business connection.
