When I purchased the lifetime VIP agreement back in 2019, I was told it would be lifetime, when I found out that they updated TOS without contact and didn't compensate me for my purchase, I sent their support team an email, they have not responded to my email, and since then I've sent two more since as well as reports to the Federal Trade commission (FTC) and Better Business Bureau (BBB) for fraud, none of which they have responded to
if you when a prize and have it shipped. 99% of the time you won't receive it.
this is the best game I have played 👍🏼
SCAM! I did win several items and paid for shipping to get them but they never came. waited and watched the tracking until it stopped updating and when I spoke to customer service they said I waited too long to check on them. so it was apparently my fault for assuming since they were coming from China it might take a while. uninstalled and won't play again. only claw app that gets my time or money is claw crazy at least they fix issues for their customers and you get ur rewards unlike this app
The claw games are fun, but if you ever win don't expect to actually receive your prizes. Customer service is non existent. I'm still waiting for prizes from over a year ago. The tracking numbers you receive in emails are fake and lead to nothing. Sad how this app has gone downhill.
