don't get a new phone or you can't use the app and have to create a new one with a different email. the customer support says to uninstall and reinstall then sign in with email and password; however the very first thing you have to enter is your phone number but your email. and if like me, I have a new phone and number and it won't let me use my Gmail address which I previously used. so I had to create a new email address to use which now is linked to my current phone number not the one I use.

well idk if it's the apps fault or THE FACT THAT THIS RETAIL STORE IS NOT ACTUALLY EVEN ATTEMPTING TO GET THIS REWARDS SYSTEMS FIXED!?!?! All I know is that I have spent thousands of dollars!!!! THAT IN A SPAN OF 2 MONTHS, MAYBE 3 AT THE MOST! BUUUUT I HAVE ASKED FOR THE REWARDS EVERY!
