English Town: Vocab, Shadowing

No release notes.

Walk into a pixel-art town and speak English with the people who live there. English Town turns speaking practice into a walk around a city. Order a coffee at the café, check in at the hotel, buy medicine at the pharmacy, ask a police officer the way to the station. Every shop and every person on the street is a real conversation, and you get through it by speaking. SPEAK, DON'T TAP • Press the mic and say your answer out loud. Speech recognition runs on your phone. • Not sure what to say? Hints in your language show what you could answer. • Said something the script didn't expect? The townspeople answer naturally with AI and show you how to say it better. LEARN A SENTENCE ON THE SPOT • Don't know a sentence? Listen, repeat, and see every word marked right or wrong. • Every place has several situations at different levels, from first words to everyday fluency. MORE TO EXPLORE • Cinema: short clips from real videos, one subtitle per sentence, with a translation. Save your favourites. • School: the IPA chart, a video for every English sound, words and minimal pairs to say. • Daily quests, coins and a streak to keep you going. • Dress up your character at the clothes shop and adopt a pet that follows you around town. Don't forget to feed it! MADE FOR LEARNERS FROM VIETNAM, TAIWAN, THAILAND, INDONESIA, JAPAN AND KOREA Hints, meanings and feedback come in Vietnamese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese or Korean. Everything you say and hear is English. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
