Your reply doesn't cover the AI terrible customer service. I gave 1 star in February 2025, but just found out that they're using AI for customer service and some stories. SO, I upgraded it to 2 stars because I thought it was human errors, but they just paid too little for a decent AI. Some stories do appear to be written by humans and they are really great, just know there's zero customer service, some terrible stories and your reviews will probably be deleted
