Game stopped loading. sent 4 emails to "customer support" over the past 2 weeks. played this game for about 5 years and now there is absolutely no support. where is the help?! their response is from 5 years ago. now it won't get past the "downloading settings" thing. guessing it's just another bankrupt company. not even worth the download

this last update has broken the ad system somehow. it's not as good as it was. it had gotten worse once already where the ad used to be a 30 second break. now it's anywhere from 2-6 additional screens you have to manipulate before getting your reward to now just not saying and often neglecting to give the reward at all as I'm constable leaving ads prematurely as there is no timer or indication as to how long this new interaction will take.
I will never play anything from East Side Games. Total bollocks and lost all progress. You guys are the worst game company ever. Total trash. Don't bother fixing anything.
