I downloaded the app, created an account from the webpage, but I failed to follow the link from the league (definitely my bad on this front), so now I'm just an individual account without access to my children's registration or the league at all. And since I'm not associated with the league, I have no admin to contact there. Now there is no way to delete the acct and all the promises of live support from Otto via chat/email/phone or even AI bot go in circles without being any help at all.

It too basic compared to other chat apps like WhatsApp and GroupMe. I don't understand why I cannot use the app on a desktop browser to send and receive messages. All the major messaging apps support this.

The permission system is confusing, and basic functions like viewing player profiles or saving jersey numbers often fail. Chat history disappears after a short time, making it difficult to track communication with families. Calendar tools are limited, with no recurring availability options or event labels. Support relies heavily on AI and has been unhelpful in resolving issues.

it's fine but sort of useless. you have to login to the desk top site in order to add any new players which kind of defeats a lot of the purpose. also when the new season starts and the schedule goes out it completely deleted all of your team players so you have to manually re add all of them. it also required really stupid fields like date of birth with a calendar you have to manually click back any month. imagine adding a 30+ year old player and having to click 360 times for the right DOB.
