Game expects you to have gems on hand to ante up when the tasks time out quickly. It's a good game concept but needs to be tweaked to make anyone want to play consistently especially when there's side games to play that don't seem to add any value to the main check-guests-in task unless you want to watch vids or buy extra (which I'm not). Uninstalling.

impossible to win after handful levels without buying gems. I've downloaded this game twice and both times ended up getting stuck at the same issue. you wont have enough gems for upgrades to level up.
fun but money grab. I don't mind spending on fun games but this one absolutely requires it. I'm only level 33 on the FIRST hotel and cannot progress wo buying the diamonds so I'm done. they went too fast for my $$ so they get none where as had i really enjoyed it, i would be buying passes and such
