I find this very difficult to use. My row high lighter disappe3ared and I am unable to retrieve it. The colours that was installed with the app has also disappeared. I have had to make my own colour when but it doesn't align properly. I emailed for assistance but they were not a lot of help. All this is for the paid version which I have had for about a month. I tried to cancel my subscription but have to wait the year out. No free trial nothing! I can see the value in it if it works properly but

I had high hopes of this app as it does all the things I would want it to...unfortunately as I have started to work with it, the glitches show...is it because there is some fundamental incompatibility between the latest Samsung upgrade and the app, I wonder...but it crashes, freezes and interpets my tablet as a phone, goes blank when I enlarge the window and wipes pictures on my patterns!!!!! so disappointing.
