I got my Tempo Move on January 8th. Since then, I have not been able to successfully use it it. I have a compatible android phone (Z flip 7) and a Chromecast enabled TV. My app does not offer to cast my work outs and appears stuck in vacation mode. It just jumps straight into playing (no video). I think it has successfully casted 2x and both times it did not count reps as it. awful awful awful. customer service was unable to resolve issue and was unwilling to process a one day late return
