Physical Assessment PRO is the app for personal trainers who want to save time in their routine and show results with data. Perform complete physical assessments, create workouts in minutes, and track the progress of each client in one place. Thousands of professionals already use AFP daily. FOR THE PERSONAL TRAINER - Complete physical assessment: body composition, skinfold thickness, circumference measurements, and indicators calculated automatically. - Digital anamnesis: history, objectives, restrictions, and questionnaires answered by the client themselves. - Quick workout creation: catalog with over 1,400 exercises, intelligent search by name or nickname, sets, repetitions, load, rest, and observations. - Routines and periodization: organize workouts by days of the week and track each client's cycle. - Workout of the Day: the client opens the app and sees exactly what to train today. - Progress in graphs: compare assessments, measurements, and photos over time. - Client management: registration, monthly payment control, and direct communication. - Ready-to-send assessment reports to the student. FOR THE STUDENT - Your workout always at hand, with videos and execution guidelines. - Rest timer that continues running even with the phone locked. - Log of loads and execution history for each session. - Results of your physical assessments and the evolution of your measurements. - Direct communication with your personal trainer. IT WORKS FOR YOU IF - You train students in person at a gym, studio, or condominium. - You provide online training consultation and monitoring. - You need to deliver training sheets and physical assessments with a professional appearance. - You want to stop creating workouts in spreadsheets, PDFs, or notebooks. WHY AFP Those who train with supervision need to see their own progress. AFP transforms each assessment, each workout, and each recorded load into evidence of the professional's work—and into motivation for the student to continue. The best professionals aren't born ready. They evolve continuously. SUBSCRIPTION The app is free for students.
