worst application experience. The app was purchased and rebranded a year ago. The app did not show an active subscription when I logged into the app after the changes. the support could not locate my account to cancel/refund, despite providing the correct email and the last 4 digits of the card. a year later they charged me again and despite providing the correct info, the support still can't find my account. I can log in and see the active subscription. Even ISPs and gyms don't do this
