HOW SURE ARE WE
Lower confidence: this app ranks below the overall top 50 everywhere, where single estimates can be off 2 to 4 times. The range is wide on purpose. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • needs an fully update 5★, Aug 18, 2026
  • freezes something needs an update 2★, Jul 4, 2026
  • I accept that you need advertising money to keep afloat, and no I will not be 'emotionally blackmailed' into paying to remove the 4 minute long ad breaks, after all I pay enough for a TV licence as it is. 1★, Jun 15, 2026
  • Has so many good features, there's a small amount of ads but it has all the catch up that I need and there are downloads when everyone else is off air. 5★, May 31, 2026
  • You also need to add Brookyn Nine-Nine. 1★, Apr 21, 2026
  • Doesn't play from downloads, need to have network even to watch downloaded episodes. 1★, Apr 16, 2026
  • a real shame as content is decent but needs a massive update to fix the software bugs. 1★, Apr 1, 2026
  • 🙏 Unfortunately, the setting isn't retained when the next programme starts - please add a setting option to keep subtitles on or at least remember when they've been activated. 5★, Mar 28, 2026

Awful app, fails so often, just playing the subtitles with no video and when you restart it restarts the adverts. Frequently watching 2x the adverts per break.

★★★★★Oct 20, 2026

This app is very poor. It will let me watch it on my phone but won't cast to the television. Very frustrating

★★★★★Oct 20, 2026

literally the worse app to watch programmes on here. takes about 10 mins for the app to open up and it lags during the adverts and stops playing so when cancel and start it again. I have to watch all the adverts again. such a poor and frustrating app to use as it's so slow and laggy all the time. none of the other streaming apps that have adverts are this bad. also stop asking us to check out WiFi or tell us to uninstall the app and download it again. the problem lies with YOU not us.

★★★★★Oct 19, 2026

on holiday in Sardinia I can stream BBC iPlayer perfectly but this app is barely working. (using Lebara Roaming)
