Offline Cash Book - Expenses

Fixes the subscription page in India offering only the QR code: your UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) show again for AutoPay. Also fixes the Analytics screen freezing when an entry has a very large amount, a "Connection error" on the first start without internet, and a rare crash when restoring from a backup file. Adds a More apps page in Settings.
