Garage Job Card

Paying with UPI AutoPay now finds PhonePe and your other UPI apps correctly, and lists only the apps that can complete the payment. If none can, pay by QR. Now in Arabic too, with right-to-left screens, and money shown in your garage's own currency. Fixed crashes when a customer name starts with an emoji, the camera was busy or not allowed, a deleted job was changed, the backup screen was left early, or your Google profile picture couldn't load.

Run your garage from the bay, not from a register book. A customer rolls in with a brake complaint. Thirty seconds later the vehicle is logged, photographed from six angles, priced and printed — and the owner has the job card on WhatsApp before they walk out. 🚗 A JOB CARD IN 30 SECONDS • Vehicle number first — a returning vehicle fills in its own brand, model, year, fuel type and owner • Brand chips for Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Honda, Toyota, Kia, Hero, Bajaj, TVS, Royal Enfield and Yamaha • Complaint chips: periodic service, engine noise, brake, oil leak, AC, battery, suspension, electrical, clutch, overheating, puncture • Odometer reading and fuel level recorded at intake • Every job gets its own number automatically — no book, no duplicates 📸 SIX PHOTOS THAT END ARGUMENTS Front, rear, left, right, dashboard and damage — taken at intake, stored on the phone, printed on the job card. When a customer says “that dent wasn’t there”, you have the answer. 🧰 WHAT CAME IN WITH THE VEHICLE Tick RC, insurance, spare key, helmet, charger, dashcam, tool kit, stepney and jack. Note existing scratches, dents, a broken mirror or a cracked windshield. All of it prints on the job card the customer signs. 📊 THE WHOLE WORKSHOP ON ONE SCREEN Received → Diagnosis → Estimate Sent → Waiting for Parts → Repairing → Ready → Delivered. Today’s intake, today’s collection, what is ready for delivery and how much money is still outstanding — the first thing you see when you open the app. 💬 WHATSAPP UPDATES IN ONE TAP Ready-made messages for every stage: vehicle received, estimate sent for approval, waiting for parts, ready for pickup, delivered. Prefilled with the vehicle number, the job number and the balance due. 🧾 PRINT A PROPER JOB CARD A5 job card with your garage name, logo, GST number, the customer, the vehicle, the odometer and fuel level, the complaint, the accessories received, the photos, the amounts, a QR code, a barcode and a signature line. Share it or send it to any Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printer. 🔍 FIND ANY VEHICLE INSTANTLY Search by vehicle number, phone, customer name or job number. Type it however you like — “ka 01 ab”, “KA01AB”, “ab1234” all find the same vehicle. Or scan the QR on the printed card. 🔔 SERVICE REMINDERS THAT BRING WORK BACK Every delivered vehicle books its own next service — six months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first. Add insurance and PUC expiry dates too. The phone reminds you a week before, and one tap sends the customer a ready-written WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent until you tap it. 📚 SERVICE HISTORY THAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS Every customer, every vehicle they own, every visit ever made. Answer “when did I last change your brake pads?” in two taps. 💰 MONEY, TRACKED Estimate, advance, part payments, balance. Cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. See at a glance who still owes you money. 🔒 WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Your job cards, photos and payments live on this phone and keep working with no signal — a basement workshop is not a problem. Signing in is optional and nothing about a vehicle or a customer ever leaves the device. Take a backup whenever you like and send the file to your own WhatsApp or Drive. 🏪 BUILT FOR Bike garages, car garages, multi-brand workshops, service centres and tyre shops. 📞 SUPPORT Questions, a feature you need, or something that broke: Support@binaryscript.com Download Garage Job Card and log your first vehicle today.
