do not buy camera + app. initially, when I had the cloud service, it was reasonable, altho I had some issues around offers that weren't honored, etc so I let the cloud expire, relying on my SD card - a primary reason why I went w/ this camera. this became harder to use over time w/ ad activity and navigating extensive run times. Now you cannot get to the SD card recording w/out diversion and required long form ad on top of all the others just to get to menu. I can no longer effectively use it.

I have been trying to cancel my Kami cloud subscription for 3 months. You can literally only communicate once a week with a "person" about the issue cannot just cancel the subscription yourself like most apps. I have been told 3 times now that my subscription was canceled and here we are month 3 and my card has been charged again. this camera, app, and subscription service is garbage!

The delay is caused by constant pop-up ads and upgrade prompts that appear before the camera feed even loads. Instead of giving quick access, the app prioritizes trying to sell you something. By the time the camera finally loads, the person is already gone. It’s frustrating, unreliable, and defeats the purpose of a security camera. I will not be purchasing anything from this company
