Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (128 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription26%

68 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I still cannot stream an Avs game, they cannot tell me why and they have yet to refund my money.
★★★★★ what a rip off cant smart view because of copyright reasons what a waist of 20 dollars.
★★★★★ They didn't offer live games as their advertising promised, and then refused to offer a refund because I watched a few Nuggets games.
Bugs, things not working19%

50 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Hopefully they can get a lot of the bugs worked out through the season.
★★★★★ Says error when I click on which plan I want.
★★★★★ Doesn't matter if it's on your phone or tv or computer or iPad or anything, its riddled with bugs and just flat out doesnt work most of the time.
Crashes and freezes17%

44 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I had many issues of the app freezing or resetting back to live.
★★★★★ The app crashes often and the game replays are only available for 72 hours.
★★★★★ crashes almost all the time
Login and account problems7%

19 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I've been paying for this subscription for months and no matter what I do the damn app refuses to believe that I have a subscription through the account that I literally pay for the subscription for.
★★★★★ Just a bad app overall, super glitchy and I have to redo the login every time to watch live.
★★★★★ usually have to log in 5 times.
Too many ads7%

18 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Now gambling ads mid screen live?
★★★★★ It works for casting, so gets an extra star, but the ads blocking the full screen view and all the betting garbage cluttering the UI are *really* annoying for a service you pay money for.
★★★★★ and now pop up ads on screen?
No customer support7%

18 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Multiple emails to support, with elaborate, time consuming solves that temporarily improve streaming, but drops and buffering continues on next attempt to stream.
★★★★★ Cynical billionaire family monetizes a beloved local team and then refuses to offer support for smart tv's like Samsung.
★★★★★ I contacted their support department and they are less than helpful.
Slow, laggy, battery4%

10 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ cant use on anything else than a phone or computer drains phones battery in less than an hour.
★★★★★ Seems like the app is now lagging also since the last update on top of these new pop up adds extremely disappointing.
★★★★★ so slow audio is faster than visual.
Wrong or poor results3%

9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Totally useless out of a specific area.
★★★★★ The fast-forward hardly works, the preview box above the time line showing where you'll be at when you stop fast-forwarding is completely wrong.
★★★★★ App constantly freezes, has poor quality streaming (no it's not my internet) and you can't even get some of the Avs or Nuggets games because they are not available in certain regions.

Terrible interface on television, ruins scores if you can't watch from start. Can't fast forward. Now gambling ads mid screen live? Kroenkes your corruption would get you a half star if I could.

I paid $200 for the year before hockey season started. I still cannot stream an Avs game, they cannot tell me why and they have yet to refund my money. After numerous emails back and forth, there is no end in sight. This is theft. Worst customer experience of my life.
