I did watch the movies but it took long hours to download. I love the movies here. However, I have to uninstall and forgot to cancel my subscription. Without knowing my account has been debited, I just realized. I haven't been using it for 4months almost after I got it installed. I would like my refund back. please assist in this regard. thanks
not easy to navigate and was meant to be much cheaper than the $107 that my credit card got slugged. I have been scammed. I'm trying to cancel the subscription...
I tried canceling during my free trial but unknowingly accepted an offer that stopped cancellation. I was charged $75. I explained that I couldn't afford groceries, borrowed gas money to get my son to school, and needed Salvation Army assistance for medication. Despite this, customer service repeatedly cited their refund policy and refused any exception. I requested escalation but was told the financial department's decision was final. Extremely disappointing and lacking compassion.
Finally, wholesome entertainment! Unique and quality movies you won't find on mainstream channels.
