Don't use this app!! They don't give you an email renewal warning (even though they claim one was sent) never did! Then when you go to try to cancel it shows a screen that says update your card. I thought I didnt have a subscription until I was charged. Contacted them within a couple days to please cancel and refund and they just argue with you. HORRIBLE customer service! I never used the app. canceling isn't easy to find. Their ph# doesn't work either! Just find something else!

Horrible UX and definitely horrible customer service. I signed up for a FREE trial and ended up getting charge for an $180 annual plan right away! When I emailed them, instead of offering a solution they CONGRATULATED ME for getting a 50% discount!!! That's not how you deal with a frustrated customer. Moreover while I'm a fan of Alexia's workout program itself the app is horrible even compared to other cheaper apps. Very disappointed and won't recommend this app ever!!

app is average, and program can get repetitive. the biggest issue is cancellation. They will keep charging you if you cancel your subscription and keep saying you renewed. they will not send an email verification of your cancelation so you need a screenshot, and again they will come back and say you renewed and they will charge you till you cancel. don't bother with this app
