I purchased 16,000+ coins. My first video call was charged at 700 coins/min. After it disconnected, the same user called again, but the second call was charged at 2,100 coins/min, 3× higher, without clear notice or consent. My coins ran out much faster than expected. I reported this to AHA, but support simply replied, “video price is 700-2100 coins per minute,” without explaining why my rate changed. Very misleading. Check your transaction history carefully before buying coins. Not recommended
