this app has always been buggy. even after "updates" that offered mild improvement, for me it still takes a couple starts and closes of the app to get it to work. texts have always been very difficult to use and now I see where they don't even allow you to text from it because the wizards at godsddy think I might be spamming people? I'd cancel it tomorrow if I didn't have this number out in a couple dozen places. recommend you consider something else.

New interface is better, but still can't stay connected, and then hangs. Still have to force close to get it to work again. Can't believe they can't fix this. GoDaddy ruined what was once a great product. 0 STARS! Won't stay connected to their server, and when you try to reconnect, you have to try logging out, force closing, clearing cache, etc., and those don't always work. It's been like this for years, and they appear to not want to fix it.

They randomly have outages and DO NOT ever answer the phones but 3 hours during the day. Their system will not record the calls so if they are closed you are out of luck. They do not give credits for days they are down. HORRIBLE system. Do not use them.

I have to periodically clear cache and delete all data just to use the app. One star. Update: I'm increasing to four stars since the app has been working for me since the latest update they pushed out. Just have to repeatedly close and open app until the error message goes away, an average of four closing and reopenings.
