Just horrible. it started about 10 days ago that my login attempt failed. I'm pretty sure of my email and password. I chose to recover my password as that is the only option. Incredibly, I didn't get any password reset email at all. did search and tried to clear app cache and even reinstalled. still couldn't log in. so I emailed their support team last Wed but 5+ days later, didn't hear from them. now my account us a complete limbo and I don't know what to do!
