A experiência do app em si é boa. Porém dando 03 estrelas devido a falta de opção pra cancelar a assinatura. Eu no momento não estou usando o suficiente pra manter a assinatura e o app não oferece opção de cancelamento. Vejo abordagem arcaica ter que entrar em contato com suporte pra cancelar. E pior, tento e fica num loop sempre pedindo meu login na parte do chat. Apelei por cancelar meu cartão que eu tinha a assinatura...

Eles fazem de tudo em seu poder para não deixar que você termine a sua assinatura quando o deseja fazer. Na página da Folha, não há essa opção. Você tem que solicitar o fim da assinatura através de um chat robotizado que logo te faz esperar meia hora para falar com alguém. Uma verdadeira perda de tempo, e que confirmou ainda mais o meu desejo de terminar a minha assinatura.

It offers all of the paper’s content including news articles, columns and blogs, as well as videos and photos. Folha de S.Paulo is the country’s most influential publication, with a team of over one hundred columnists, and is known for its critical, nonpartisan and pluralist journalism. It was also the first publication in the country to offer content in real time over the web and to adopt an ombudsman.
