Why is the login for powerpass so rubbish? Certain symbols are not accepted, but there is no warning those symbols are not accepted. I had to figure that out the hard way (through multiple password resets). When i finally got through the password reset process correctly and logged in successfully including 2FA with a message and the screen shows successful login, the next screen says that I cannot login with this method and need my membership card and PIN. Rubbish. Fix it and let me know.
