The AMP Bank app fails to process transfers that work perfectly through desktop banking. This has persisted for 10+ days despite troubleshooting. Support acknowledged other customers have the same issue but refused to log a technical ticket without an ID check. To make matters worse, I was disconnected after a “no response” message appeared for about 2 seconds. Broken app, frustrating support. Customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to report a software fault.
