Very Disappointing User Experience !! I created my 7-Eleven account on my old phone, but when I tried to log in on my new phone, I couldn't access my account because the device was different. When I tried again on my old phone, the app told me that my phone number was already registered. I entered my phone number and the correct 6-digit verification code, but I still couldn't log in. Why does it have to be so complicated? This is a shopping app, not a banking app.

That's because the branch your app automatically selected rarely have something I want to buy, so I have to go outside and brought from other branch instead.
