Very Disappointing User Experience !! I created my 7-Eleven account on my old phone, but when I tried to log in on my new phone, I couldn't access my account because the device was different. When I tried again on my old phone, the app told me that my phone number was already registered. I entered my phone number and the correct 6-digit verification code, but I still couldn't log in. Why does it have to be so complicated? This is a shopping app, not a banking app.

After changed to New phone, the All Members cannot log in. I don't know why it is so difficult to log into new phone with same phone number. the APK only request ID , cannot add Passport number. request ID. Call center is only Thai Language and also sent to mail ,still not reply yet.

ภายในตัวแอพ 7-11 ไม่รองรับการแตะจ่ายของทรูมันนี่ที่เคยผูกไว้. ถ้าจะใช้แตะจ่าย,จะต้องออกจากแอพ7-11 ไปจ่ายผ่านทรูมันนี่แอพ ทำให้ไม่ได้แต้มในแอพ 7-11อัตโนมัติเหมือนตอนใช้สแกนจ่ายหน้าจอ , ถ้าแตะจ่ายและจะสะสมแต้มต้องมาเสียเวลากดเบอร์โทรศัพท์หน้าเคานเตอร์

แนะนำให้แอปสามารถเลือกสาขาที่จะสั่งให้มาส่งได้ถ้าสาขานั้นอยู่ใกล้ผู้ใช้ในระยะที่กำหนด เพราะว่าสาขาที่แอปเลือกแบบอัตโนมัติไม่ค่อยมีของที่อยากซื้อทำให้ต้องออกไปหาซื้อที่สาขาอื่นทุกที I suggest your app should finally let users decide which branch they want to get delivered from, providing that branch is nearby the user at specific range. That's because the branch your app automatically selected rarely have something I want to buy, so I have to go outside and brought from other branch instead.
