Psikis is a private space for self-help and emotional wellness. You can talk or write about how you feel, organize your thoughts, and build a personal reflection habit from your phone. IMPORTANT Psikis uses conversations generated by artificial intelligence. It is a wellness and self-help tool; it is not therapy, does not provide diagnoses, does not offer medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace care from a psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, or other qualified professional. If you are in an emergency, in crisis, or think you might harm yourself or someone else, contact your country's emergency services immediately or seek in-person professional help. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP - Talk by voice or text about how you're feeling - Choose a companion with a different conversation style - Save sessions to review later - Log your emotional state and observe personal patterns - Create a space for pause, writing, and self-care CHOOSE YOUR COMPANION Select the style that feels most comfortable for you: warm, direct, calm, or reflective. Companions are digital experiences created to guide questions and reflection exercises. TALK OR TYPE Use voice when you want to express yourself naturally, or text when you prefer privacy and calm. You decide how to interact and what to keep in your history. PERSONAL TRACKING Review past sessions and check a simple calendar to identify recurring themes, important moments, and changes in your emotional wellness. PRIVACY Psikis is designed as a personal space. See our Privacy Policy to learn how information is handled in the app. SUBSCRIPTION Download is free. Some main features — such as voice or text conversations, history, and tracking — require an active subscription. Plans, prices, and available trials are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
