the app does not work for me any more. the sum of individual reviews doesn't add up to total reviews. one morning I'm 88 five star reviews away from the next level and the next day I'm 146 away. issues has been resolved. I'm not sure on whose end. regardless, we rely heavily on the app to improve our ratings and drive staff to get reviews.
