it's a scam app and service. i ordered dna test kit. it arrived and i did all the steps and sent it to destination. after e weeks i got charged 120 euros for next year. guys dont do this. apparent scam and cashgarab - well disguised

★★★★★Oct 19, 2026

It's hard to believe this is a legitimate service. They automatically charged me 140 euros for a service I don't even use (I haven't received any updates since activating my trial and signing up). Customer support is terrible and slow. Unlike the unauthorized charge, which seems to be quite efficient. I’ve been trying for days to get back money that I really need. Be very careful.
