Despite explaining my situation and offering to purchase rubies, support refused to help. Players have real lives and medical emergencies! I purchased the Glory Bonus, but I still haven't received it. I was told that resolving the issue would take 21 days, but it's already been two months, and the issue remains unresolved. On top of that, it takes around 25 minutes just to log in because of all the bugs. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Very, very poor service!
