아이폰5 사용중인데요, 어플을 켜면 초기 화면만 계속 떠있는 상태에서 진행이 되질 않아요- 소프트웨어와 어플 모두 최신버전입니다 아이폰5에서는 사용 못하는건가요 ㅠ

비지니스를 위한 카카오톡! 안정성은 보완했으면

카카오톡으로 실시간 상담을 해주기에 더없이 좋은 앱입니다. 해외에서도 사용이 가능하고 데스크탑(맥/PC)에서도 사용할 수 있어 편리합니다. 이번에 플러스친구로 바뀌면서 데스크탑 로그인시 매번 핸드폰으로 인증번호를 받아 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 생겼지만, 보안을 위해선 감수해야 하는거겠죠? 휴대폰에서도 앱 실행시 가끔 자동로그인이 아닌 카카오톡으로 실행하기나 직접 입력으로 바뀐점도 조금 불편합니다. 가장 불편한 점은 이전의 옐로아이디 앱부터 지속된 앱 튕김현상과 메세지를 확인했음에도 계속 새로운 메세지 숫자가 떠 있는 현상입니다. 더불어 링크를 복사해서 붙여넣기로 메세지를 보낼 경우 링크가 작동하지 않기도 합니다. 조금 더 안정적인 플러스친구 앱이 되길 기대해 봅니다. 감사합니다.
