The app is fine, but it logs you out a lot. I’ve missed appointment changes because the notification never came through due to a random logout. Also, the side bar is glitchy and always pops over wherever I’m trying to click on the main interface
iPlum has really been great for my business line. It’s stable and consistent and I don’t have many problems at all. As cost goes it’s very competitive and a great value for the features offered. I’m very pleased with this app and phone service. A+
After about two hours of trying to interpret the very confusing instructions online and with the use of Gemini, I still couldn’t figure out how to make my phone ring. Also, the voice responders to incoming calls sound extremely robotic, cold, and impersonal. I was never able to actually make the app work.
I find the service confusing and unhelpful. When I cancelled I was told I would be charged for the entire year until renewal anyway. No refunds despite that fact that I never use the service. Disgusting customer service. I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

They don't clearly warn you upfront about the hidden costs and verification processes required just to send a basic text message. You have to jump through multiple regulatory hoops and pay an additional $20 fee on top of your subscription just to get texting capabilities approved. This process is completed by a third party and takes several days. To make matters worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent. There is no phone number to call if you run into an issue. You are forced to rely entirely on online tech support, which is slow and not helpful at all. They just send generic responses instead of actually solving your problem.Save your time and money. This app is not worth it, and you are better off looking for an alternative that is actually transparent about its fees and process.
