Warum?

Für die Nutzung von Mobilitätsangeboten in Ruter(Scooter, Bike) MUSS ich mich mit Vipps identifizieren. Funktioniert nur nicht, wenn man keinen Wohnsitz in Norwegen oder Schweden hat - echt nervig und lächerlich. Jelbi oder Switch können das ohne so einen Tinnef.
